• All prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to modify prices or correct errors prior to accepting an order.

• After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Only once your payment is processed and order is accepted does a contract form.

4. Payment

• We accept major credit cards, and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

• All payments are subject to authorization. If a transaction fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times apply where shown.

• We aren’t liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier slowdowns, weather).

• If your order doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable and alcoholic nature of mead, all sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and order details. We’ll work to make it right.

7. Age Verification

• If your shipping carrier requires age verification at delivery, please ensure someone of legal drinking age is present to accept it.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, or to post or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content.
